SEVEN SHADES OF RUMAH KELAHIRAN TOKOH

In this project, I choose Rumah Kelahiran Mahathir to colour using different types of techniques, such as hatching/cross hatching, pencil blending, pencil colour blending, watercolour and marker. It is the first time that I try to colour a drawing with marker and also compose a drawing using cross hatching method. At first, I thought that marker colouring technique will be a huge challenge for me. However, it is very surprising that I really enjoy using marker to colour the building! It is quite the same technique with watercolour which I really love it and enjoy painting with it. Well, it is indeed that if you never try, you would never know. Frankly, this project is quite fun I would say as I get the opportunity to explore with different techniques and shadows of a building and at the same time get to know which techniques are suitable for me to render a drawing.
